Shipping policy

Complimentary insured shipping is included with every MA ATELIER order. No additional shipping charge is added at checkout.

Where I Ship

MA ATELIER ships from Stockholm, Sweden to Sweden, the European Union and selected international destinations. The full list of available destinations is shown at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• Sweden — 5–8 business days
• European Union — 5–8 business days
• International — 5–8 business days

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, customs processing, local delivery conditions and carrier delays may affect when it arrives and are outside MA ATELIER’s direct control.

Tracking & Insurance

Every order is sent using a tracked and insured service.

Tracking information will be sent by email once the piece has been dispatched. Due to the value of the jewellery, a signature, identification or collection from a secure service point may be required.

If a shipment is materially delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact MA ATELIER so the matter can be investigated with the carrier and insurer.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Where a piece is made to order, the estimated production time is stated on the product page. This is separate from the delivery timeframe above.

You will receive confirmation once the piece is ready to leave the atelier.
